What’s Inside

What’s Inside

Six ingredients, measured properly.

No proprietary blends, no hidden doses, no asterisks. Every gram is printed in full on the side of the can, and here is the longer version: what each thing does, why it is there, and what we deliberately left out.

A bright flat-lay of fresh citrus, lime wedges and mint leaves, the natural flavours behind Drink Feel Flow

The full list

Everything in the can, in the order it matters.

Start with water worth drinking, add a real electrolyte profile, then the calm-focus pairing and a daily dose of adaptogens. Taste comes last, because it should never be the reason the function is compromised.

  • Triple-filtered sparkling waterThe base, lightly carbonated for a soft fizz
  • Five-mineral electrolyte blendSodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride
  • L-theanine, 200mgFrom green tea, for steady focus
  • Green-tea caffeine, 60mgRoughly half a coffee
  • Ashwagandha + ginsengAdaptogens, daily dose
  • Natural fruit flavour, monk fruitTaste, four calories a can

The functional science

Three jobs, done on purpose.

  • Electrolytes, for the hydration

Plain water passes through you. The five-mineral blend, sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride, is mixed in the ratio your body uses to hold onto fluid, so a single can rehydrates faster and stays with you longer. This is the difference between drinking and actually being hydrated.

  • L-theanine, for the calm

L-theanine is the amino acid in green tea behind that smooth, settled feeling. At 200mg it takes the edge off caffeine, trading the wired buzz for an alert-but-steady state. It is the half of the pairing that makes the focus feel calm rather than frantic.

  • Adaptogens, for the steady

Ashwagandha and Siberian ginseng are adaptogens, a daily-dose support that helps the body handle a heavy day with a little more grace. Subtle by design. You will not feel them like a hit, you will notice the day was easier to carry.

The caffeine and L-theanine pairing is the quiet engine here. 60mg of green-tea caffeine, around half a coffee, lifts you. The 200mg of L-theanine keeps that lift even. Together they give you the focus without the jitters, and crucially, without the 3pm drop.

What’s not inside

The shorter, more honest list.

Most functional drinks hide behind a long ingredient panel and a proprietary blend. We would rather tell you what we keep out, and why.

  • No added sugar

Not a gram. The lift is real, so it does not need propping up with a sugar spike you pay for an hour later.

  • No artificial sweeteners

Sweetness is a whisper of monk fruit, four calories a can. No aspartame, no sucralose, no aftertaste.

  • No taurine or stimulant stacking

One measured source of caffeine, balanced with L-theanine. No kitchen-sink stimulant pile to fake an energy hit.

  • No proprietary blends

Every amount is named on the can. If a number is not printed, it is not in the recipe.

Sourcing and standards

Where it comes from, how we hold the line.

  • Real fruit, named origins

Yuzu from Japan, Alphonso mango from India, berries and lime from named growers. Natural flavour means natural flavour, traced to source.

  • Pharmaceutical-grade actives

The L-theanine, caffeine and adaptogens are sourced to a documented spec and tested on arrival, so 200mg on the can means 200mg in the can.

  • Batch-tested, batch-dated

Every small batch is tested before it leaves Yorkshire and carries its own date. Nothing sits in a warehouse losing its fizz for a year.

  • Recyclable by design

100% recyclable aluminium, no plastic shrink-wrap, and carbon-neutral delivery across the UK and Ireland.

How we make it

Small batch, start to can.

  1. Filter the water

Triple-filtered, then lightly carbonated for a soft fizz rather than a sharp one. The base has to be worth drinking on its own.

  2. Build the function

The five-mineral electrolyte blend, L-theanine, green-tea caffeine and the adaptogen dose go in to spec, weighed not eyeballed.

  3. Layer the flavour

Real fruit flavour and a whisper of monk fruit, dialled in so the taste carries the can without burying the function.

  4. Test, can, date

Each batch is tested, filled into recyclable aluminium, dated, and sent out carbon neutral. Then we do the next one.

Read the label, then taste it.

The recipe is the whole pitch. Start with a mixed case and put the function up against the taste yourself.
